I'm Kristen Mangione, creator of Dance Alchemy and a professional dancer and educator with over 25 years of experience in movement, meditation, and embodied awareness practices.
My work bridges art and mindfulness, helping people quiet the mind, reconnect with the body, and rebuild trust from the inside out.
I've shared this work with dancers, creators, and non‑dancers alike at institutions including The Juilliard School, American Ballet Theatre, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, and in community spaces around the world.
