FOR DANCERS READY TO TRANSFORM THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH DANCE
The Dancer's Path
A self-paced journey for dancers who are ready to stop waiting to be chosen — and powerfully create their own path.

Imagine, a few weeks from now...
You no longer feel like your entire future depends on one audition, one choreographer, or one company.
The voice that says "you're not enough" has softened. It no longer runs every decision you make about dance.
You remember why you chose this path in the first place — not as a concept, but as a felt sense in your body.
You still live in the same world, with the same industry. But something in you is different. You're not waiting quite so desperately to be chosen. You can feel more choice, more breath, more you.
This is the work beneath the work — the part that never was included in technique class, but touches every moment you step into a studio, an audition, or even your own private space.

If you're here, some part of this might feel familiar...
- You've danced for years, and still feel like you've never truly "made it."
- You carry unspoken grief about choices, roles, injuries, or paths not taken.
- On paper, your resume looks good — but your body is tired of bracing, performing, and pushing through.
- Talk therapy has helped, but there are things in your jaw, chest, and nervous system that words alone haven't reached.
- Part of you is still in love with dance. Another part isn't sure if staying in this field is sustainable.
- You are ready to stop feeling like your worth depends on the next booking, the next choreographer, the next "yes."
- You don't want someone to tell you to "push harder" or "just take more class." You want a different way to stand in your own life as a dancer — with more truth, more choice, and more self-respect.

It's not that you're not disciplined enough.
It's that your identity and nervous system have been shaped by years of unprocessed experience in a field that doesn't always make space for your humanity.
Technique class can't heal what was wired into your body through dance. That healing has to come through movement too — but in a very different way.
The Dancer's Path is that missing space.
It's not about fixing you. It's about finally letting all of you into the room — and seeing what becomes possible from there.

Hear from Kayla:
"I felt super nervous about putting myself out there in the dance world. I'd lost my confidence and I really wasn't remembering the reasons why I even started dancing in the first place. Through this program, I've gained back my confidence. I'm taking all of these tools I've learned and applying them moving forward. I feel super excited about what's to come. I'm forever grateful for this program for helping me rediscover my love for dance."
— Ryan, professional dancer, NYC
"Before entering the program, I didn't realize I had taken dance less seriously. I never felt consistent toward a performer career and didn't realize where this issue was lying. The program helped me discover where these old beliefs were coming from and reform my love for dance — to take it actually seriously. To realize it could be my source of income, that I could be a performer, that this could be my career."
— Petra, contemporary/modern dancer, NYC
