Meet Your Instructor
Kristen Mangione is a choreographer, movement educator, and creator of the Dance Alchemy Method — a body-based practice blending dance, somatic awareness, and creative exploration.
For more than twenty years she has worked at the intersection of dance, healing, and personal expression, collaborating with institutions including Juilliard, American Ballet Theatre, Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, and TEDx Hoboken.
Her work invites people to reconnect with movement not as performance, but as a pathway back to presence, creativity, and self-discovery.
