Kristen Mangione, founder of Dance Alchemy for the Soul, is a professional dancer, educator, and creative guide with over 25 years of experience in movement and embodiment practices. Her work bridges art and mindfulness, helping people quiet the mind, awaken presence, and reclaim freedom through the language of the body. She has been a featured presenter at venues, retreats and conferences including the Juilliard Entrepreneurship Symposium, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (Emmys) and TedX Hoboken. She has presented annually at the Conference for Global Transformation, sharing Dance Alchemy for the Soul with global thought leaders and change makers across five continents.
