I'm Kristen Mangione—dancer, somatic guide, and creator of Dance Alchemy.

For over 20 years, I've been exploring what happens when we stop performing and start listening to the body. I've taught in studios, Zen monasteries, theaters, and living rooms around the world.

I created this practice for anyone who's been living in their head and longing to come home. Whether you danced for decades or have never taken a single class—you belong here.
