What if, deep down, you already know who you are—not who you hope to become, or who you’ve been told to be, but who you really are?
The world can be loud. Full of sounds, images, instructions, “how-to’s” and “shoulds” until it all blurs into noise.
What if you’re not tired because you haven’t tried hard enough—but because you’ve been listening to the wrong conversation.
This evening is an invitation to listen beneath the noise, to the quiet, deep knowing within you.

Through gentle, guided movement and eyes-closed imagery, we’ll explore what’s waiting just beneath the surface:
Dance Alchemy is a guided movement meditation practice I’ve developed over years of work as a dancer, choreographer, and healing artist.
You’ll be mostly eyes closed, following my voice. There is no choreography to learn and no steps to memorize. You move at your own pace, in your own way—sometimes big, sometimes very small.
We combine imagination and inner imagery, breath and gentle movement, and moments of stillness and reflection to help the body speak what words alone often can’t.
